圓形堆取料機

圓形料場堆取料機是懸臂堆料機與刮板取料機集于一體設(shè)備，是一種大型、環(huán)保、連續(xù)、高效的散料裝卸機械，實用于碼頭、鋼鐵廠、水泥廠、大型火力發(fā)電廠和礦山等，可以裝卸鐵礦石(砂)、煤炭、砂子、石灰石、水泥等，圓形堆取料機被半球形網(wǎng)架外殼所籠罩，堆取料作業(yè)時集中于定心旋轉(zhuǎn)的回轉(zhuǎn)范圍內(nèi)，不受臺風等惡劣天氣的影響，同時產(chǎn)生的揚塵范圍小，又被拘囿在固定的區(qū)域內(nèi)，所以，它很好地解決了常規(guī)的敞開式條形煤場堆取料機作業(yè)時所產(chǎn)生的大量揚塵對周邊環(huán)境造成的大范圍污染，既美觀又環(huán)保，綜合效益高，具備儲料量大、占地面積小、場地利用率高、安全可靠性高、環(huán)保效益好等優(yōu)點。取料和堆料作業(yè)時具備兩個層次分明的堆料回轉(zhuǎn)機構(gòu)和取料回轉(zhuǎn)機構(gòu)，使堆料機和取料機形成兩套互不干涉、相對獨立的運行系統(tǒng)，實現(xiàn)同時進行堆料和取料作業(yè)。我司目前有圓形堆取料機軌道直45m-120m各種規(guī)格。

　　圓形堆取料機分臂式圓形堆取料機、門式圓形堆取料機、橋式斗輪圓形堆取料機、橋式刮板圓形堆取料機主要由：堆料鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、堆料皮帶機、堆料回轉(zhuǎn)機構(gòu)、中心立柱、中心漏斗、懸臂鋼結(jié)構(gòu)、取料回轉(zhuǎn)、取料行走機構(gòu)、取料俯仰機構(gòu)、刮板取料機、附屬結(jié)構(gòu)、電氣司機室、電氣系統(tǒng)、液壓系統(tǒng)、潤滑裝置、除塵系統(tǒng)等組成。

　　堆料機為水平懸臂式，以中心柱為中心回轉(zhuǎn)堆料，物料通過堆料膠帶輸送機頭部卸料，直接堆向料場。堆料機回轉(zhuǎn)一定角度進行斜坡堆料直至堆成環(huán)形料堆，堆料方式為人字形和傾斜層組合的連續(xù)復合形堆料。

　　取料機主要由門架鋼結(jié)構(gòu)(回轉(zhuǎn)鋼結(jié)構(gòu))、刮板取料機、取料俯仰機構(gòu)、取料回轉(zhuǎn)平臺和取料行走機構(gòu)(取料回轉(zhuǎn)驅(qū)動機構(gòu))等組成.門架式取料機結(jié)構(gòu)型式合理，門架的大部分重量由擋料墻承受，使得中心柱受力狀態(tài)明顯改善，運行更平穩(wěn)，取料方式為全端面階梯式取料。

　　Circular material piling and taking machine is mainly composed of cantilever pile machine, scraper reclaimer, main girder, beam device, material scraper device, the center column device, driver room, electrical room, hydraulic system and electric control system, etc. Stacking way for chevron and sloping layer combination of continuous composite material piling and taking way is expected to take for full face.

　　Decorate material by the center top material belt conveyor to cantilever pile machine, according to the "continuous" composite method of stacking. Girder at one end of the support on the center column, the other end of the support beam on beam cars. Scraper feeding mechanism is installed below the main girder, feeding way is take for full face.
